How Fast Will the Deal be Closed?

We pride ourselves on efficient service, so the deal will be closed as quickly as possible. For smaller residential rehabs, deals can be closed in as little as 3 business days (barring unforeseen circumstances with title work or property inspections). Larger commercial refinancing or development projects tend to take longer, but we are the fastest financing option.
