Loan Process

THE LOAN PROCESS

FIRST WE MEET

Establish contact online or in-person to become familiar with one another and to discuss a specific project, address, or need?
Adler Private Lending will then offer a decision. If “yes,” a term sheet will be completed immediately. (99% of time on the same day as the meeting)

THEN SOME DUE DILIGENCE

To see the subject property, and review the information available concerning the property.
To know how title in the proposed project will be taken, and the people and structure involved.
We like to learn about some past projects of the borrower.
We ask for a credit report and personal financial statement.
We order title work from a reputable title company to review their findings and the history of the property.
If everything checks out as it was presented to us in the meeting, we proceed with the loan, often as quickly as a week.
