Adler Private Lending provides hard money loans to experienced, DC-area-based real estate investors who are seeking a flexible, private lender for a loan secured by an active project. Commonly, this is a “house flipper.” We loan to commercial borrowers. We also help smaller developers working on projects under 5 million dollars, a family or firm with several real estate assets who need to free up some liquidity, a bigger developer who needs to acquire or bridge a property quickly before they secure formal financing, or any borrower for a variety of reasons where choosing private lending makes more sense than a formal bank or institution.
