What information do you need to approve a deal?

We will need to know as much information as possible about the property/project, including:
 
- Address
- Purchase Price
- Current value
- Proposed project cost
- Theoretical after-repair value
- Project "comps"
- Timeline
- Any special circumstances/requirements
